Meet The Pawfect Owner & Office Management
Amber M.
Owner
Amber is the owner of Pawfect Pet Sitter in Anthem, Arizona. She is a mom of 3 older kids, and her family owns four dogs (big & small) and three cats including a Bengal. She has always been passionate about animals, and has had many types of animals growing up, including a raccoon! With over 30 years of experience with horses, dogs, cats, and small animals including exotics such as Sugar Gliders, Birds, Hedgehogs, and reptiles. She also owned a dog rescue, helping stray dogs or dogs who have been neglected, helping to find them loving homes again.
She worked as a veterinary technician, and also cares for special needs/diabetic dogs & cats, administering medicines, insulin, and giving shots.
If you are boarding your dogs with us, we have a clean home, with friendly dogs, you can trust her family to provide a safe, comfortable, fun, and healthy environment for your furry friend if they are staying in their home.
Whether it’s taking your dog for walks, doing daily cat & dog check-ins, providing boarding or overnight care, we treat our pets and yours as if they were our own. We have knowledge in animal behavior, particularly dogs & cats, and safety is our priority in making sure they are getting the very best while in our care.

Regina and her husband moved to Arizona from Florida in 2020. She started working on the Pawfect team in 2021. She has a passion for animals and has over 15 years of providing quality care to animals big or small. Pawfect has been an amazing opportunity for her to meet new people and provide care for their furry, little ones. When she isn’t busy helping you with your furbabies she’s busy caring for her 3 furbabies and 3 human babies. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, amateur gardening and keeping up with her busy children.

Office Manager
Ken is Amber’s dad. He has been working with Pawfect since 2018 with his wife Pamela. They own 2 dogs, 2 cats & a Eclectic parrot who loves kisses! He enjoys caring for the fur-babies as much as he enjoys helping our clients with their pet sitting & scheduling requests. From time to time he will accompany Pamela on dog walks or check-ins to help with their care.

As of today, Pamela and her husband Ken enjoy their 2 Dogs, 1 Cat, & a 13 year old Eclectus Parrot. Pamela & Ken help with administrative and office tasks, and enjoy pet sitting and dog walking for Pawfect in Sun City, AZ. They are very detailed in their work and love giving care and love to all animals, making sure they are happy and well cared for.

…I’m used to working with animals of all sizes and temperaments. I even met my beautiful Chow Chow mix, Brandy, whom I fostered and then adopted. I love fur babies of all kinds but have a soft spot for rescue pups and kitties. My favorite part of being a fur baby caregiver is being able to give back comfort and enrichment to pets as they make life so much brighter. Each pet is very unique, so it is fun to see them express their own distinct personality. Something interesting about me is that I have fostered bottle baby kittens before that were saved from an irrigation pipe (they all got water-based names: Dasani, Aquafina, Evian, and Fiji). My hobbies include making art, dancing, cooking nutritious meals, and spending time with pets.

While I have never owned a cat, due to allergies in the immediate family, my grandmother was definitely what you could consider “a crazy cat lady”. Not only did she show me what great joy a cat could bring into your life, she also had a tarantula, two horned lizards, dogs, and about 5 baby tortoises living with her at some point! To this day I love fur babies (or scaly babies) no matter their size, breed, or temperament and am simply excited to learn who they are and all that they have to offer! I’ve had jobs of various kinds, but find that Pawfect allows me to genuinely be happy in what I’m doing and I couldn’t be more happy to be part of the team!
