We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, service updates, or changes to this privacy policy.

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

RATES & FEES
All of our rates and fees are based on your personalized petcare needs are subject to change.
PAYMENT
We only accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, no cash or checks. Please update your payment method on file in our members portal so your service requests can be approved promptly. Once approved, your service dates will be secured and method of payment on file will be charged immediately.
GRATUITY
We appreciate the offer of gratuity on any service, but please only cash or check, no credit cards. Thank you!
REFUNDS

Refund are not accepted in most cases, and any charges will be credited to your account. Credit does not expire. (See Cancellations for more detail*)

CANCELLATION
#12. CANCELLATIONS
*Daily/Weekly Dog Walking
Clients who cancel scheduled dog walks at anytime, will receive a credit towards future walks. No refunds will be made, however credits do not expire and can be used towards future service.
*Non-Holiday Trip Reservation Payment:
Payment is charged immediately after service requests have been approved and confirmed. Last minute cancellations after 24 hours or early arrival home from scheduled bookings are subject to a 15% cancellation fee and all remaining charges are credited towards future service and does not expire. (No refunds will be made.)
*Holiday Trip Reservation Payment:
Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance of scheduled dates during holidays. Payment is due on booking date, and a 25% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made after 14 day notification window. Any remaining charges will be credited to your account for future service and does not expire.
Holidays include: Thanksgiving (including Black Friday), Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day, Memorial Day Weekend & Independence Day, & Labor Day Weekend.
DAILY CHECK INS
Daily check-in hours are 7am-7pm. When scheduling your visits, we have time blocks for morning, afternoon & evening. Pet visits may be made within 30 minutes before or after the requested time block in certain instances, however, we do try to keep consistent times with each visit as much as possible. We prioritize more urgent bookings first such as dogs needing medication, or dogs without a doggy door needing potty breaks. If you are needing to request a specific time your pets need care, please notify our office or add a note in our scheduling system and we will do our best accommodate you and your pets’ needs.
VACCINATIONS
All dogs being boarded or staying for doggy daycare must be up to date on shots and provide vaccination record at the time of stay.
EMERGENCY BACKUP
In the event of an emergency with the scheduled pet sitter, there will be an emergency backup pet sitter to help out with clients needs. You will be notified in the event of an emergency with the sitter that will be making the visits. (All of our pet sitters are professional, background checked, and trained to handle
HOLIDAYS
Holidays include: Thanksgiving (including Black Friday), Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day, Memorial Day Weekend & Independence Day, & Labor Day Weekend. **There is an additional $15 per day for boarding, and $10 for check-ins/dog walks per visit during the mentioned holidays.
FRIENDS AND FAMILY ACCESS
Due to the safety of your pet, we do not accept other people visiting or caring for your pet while we are scheduled for daily check-ins. If there is someone else at the property without notice, we will call the owner to notify and service will be void for that day. Any payments made during that time will not be refunded.
LAST-MINUTE SERVICE
We provide last-minute service, however, we encourage you to please schedule your service at least 24 hours in advance. Services that are only 1-2 hours in advance may be subject to a service fee of $10.00
INITIAL MEET AND GREET
Consults are scheduled prior to scheduling dog walks or pet sitting services. This allows us to get to know you, your pets and their routine, as well checking the lockbox and keys. While we assign you a primary walker/sitter, we cannot guarantee the same person each time you book your service. We work as a close-knit team. All updates on your file will be available to the team member caring for your fur-babies. If your usual walker/sitter is ill, on vacation or has their own emergency to deal with, a trained and a qualified team member will be happy to step in and give your pup the same love and care they are used to. If your regular walker/sitter is unavailable and you need to meet your new walker/sitter we are happy to arrange an additional consult. Your first consult is $25, and any additional consult you request will be charged an additional $25.00 fee.
KEYS
Clients must provide a lock box and a set of 2 keys to be used for entry. Both keys will remain in the lockbox provided. If you prefer entry through a garage door, clients must provide a key to a door in addition to the garage door opener or key pad codes for garage doors due to power outages and sensitive garage door openers. For keyless entry, please provide a garage door code as backup. For clients who choose not to keep keys in the lockbox, there is a key pickup/drop off charge of $20 per trip.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Pawfect Pet Sitter does not disclose any of your information to a third party, all information received is confidential and private.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Pawfect Pet Sitter may use photos of your pets in their social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms from prior visits from daily check ins, dog walks or boarding clients. You are giving us permission to use photos of your pets by agreeing to these policies.
