Amber M.
Owner
Amberly is the Founder and Owner of Pawfect Pet Sitter, proudly delivering professional, premium-level pet care to families across Anthem, New River, Scottsdale, and the greater Valley area. Her lifelong passion for animals, paired with extensive professional experience, is the heart behind Pawfect’s trusted reputation.
Amberly’s background includes years of work in the veterinary field, where she gained valuable hands-on experience supporting the care and wellness of pets of all kinds. Her deep understanding of animal health, behavior, and medical needs ensures that Pawfect Pet Sitter’s standards go beyond basic care — offering true expertise that pet parents can rely on.
In addition to her veterinary experience, Amberly founded and operated a successful dog rescue, helping to rehabilitate and rehome stray and neglected dogs throughout Arizona. Her commitment to animal welfare, safety, and compassionate care continues to shape Pawfect Pet Sitter’s elevated service standards today.
As a busy mom of three grown children and the proud pet parent to multiple dogs and cats, Amberly knows firsthand how important it is to find trusted, consistent, loving care for fur-babies. Through Pawfect Pet Sitter, she has built a team of double-certified, bonded, and insured employees who deliver the same level of personalized care she expects for her own pets.

Regina and her husband moved to Arizona from Florida in 2020. She started working on the Pawfect team in 2021. She has a passion for animals and has over 15 years of providing quality care to animals big or small. Pawfect has been an amazing opportunity for her to meet new people and provide care for their furry, little ones. When she isn’t busy helping you with your furbabies she’s busy caring for her 3 furbabies and 3 human babies. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, amateur gardening and keeping up with her busy children.

Ken is Amber’s dad. He has been working with Pawfect since 2018 with his wife Pamela. They own 2 dogs, 2 cats & a Eclectic parrot who loves kisses! He enjoys caring for the fur-babies as much as he enjoys helping our clients with their pet sitting & scheduling requests. From time to time he will accompany Pamela on dog walks or check-ins to help with their care.

As of today, Pamela and her husband Ken enjoy their 2 Dogs, 1 Cat, & a 13 year old Eclectus Parrot. Pamela & Ken help with administrative and office tasks, and enjoy pet sitting and dog walking for Pawfect in Sun City, AZ. They are very detailed in their work and love giving care and love to all animals, making sure they are happy and well cared for.

While I have never owned a cat, due to allergies in the immediate family, my grandmother was definitely what you could consider “a crazy cat lady”. Not only did she show me what great joy a cat could bring into your life, she also had a tarantula, two horned lizards, dogs, and about 5 baby tortoises living with her at some point! To this day I love fur babies (or scaly babies) no matter their size, breed, or temperament and am simply excited to learn who they are and all that they have to offer! I’ve had jobs of various kinds, but find that Pawfect allows me to genuinely be happy in what I’m doing and I couldn’t be more happy to be part of the team!

She’s also an avid baker, scrapbooker, and road trip enthusiast. At home, she shares her life with her fur babies: Ruthie, a playful Australian Shepherd and Stewart, a tuxedo cat they adopted in 2023 after fostering him. Working with Pawfect allows Kim to combine her love for animals with her commitment to personalized care, ensuring that every pet feels safe, loved, and happy in her care.
